• We regret that we cannot accept returns of opened products. Only unopened products will be accepted for refunds.
• Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.

If You Need to Return a Shipment

1. Contact service@megakelp.com prior to returning any product. In your email include the following:

   - your name
   - your order number (credit card receipt)
   - items you wish to return
   - reason for return (ie. incorrect item, damaged item, etc.)
   - whether you prefer a replacement item, credit or a refund on your credit card. A customer service representative will respond with a return authorization number.

2. Return unopened products via commercial carrier or regular post to:

3. Upon receipt of returned item(s), we will issue either a credit slip or a refund on your credit card, or ship a replacement product depending upon your request.

Note:
Customer pays shipping on returns and these charges are not refunded.
